MultiCultural Banking Center
As part of the community, HarborOne is reaching out to help our neighbors improve their understanding of personal finance. Through the MultiCultural Banking Center, residents can gain an understanding of borrowing, saving, and more through education and hands-on assistance.
The Center is one of the country’s first facilities dedicated to assisting low- and moderate-income residents, minorities and immigrants, the groups targeted most often by sub-prime lenders, costly payday lenders and expensive check-cashing services.
The MultiCultural Banking Center is located at 68 Legion Parkway in Brockton, with formal classrooms and meeting space, a hands-on computer lab and a resource library. Several local non-profit agencies will also have access to the Center offering programs in addition to the financial classes offered by HarborOne. The Legion Parkway branch is located on the first floor, with a bilingual staff that can provide personalized service in several languages.
