Text Banking
Text banking gives you access to your accounts via text (SMS) messages on your phone. It’s a fast, easy way to look up account balances or recent account history by sending a text command to a local number.
Text Banking requires that you register and enroll your device by requesting a one-time activation code. You would register through the HarborOne Online Banking Service. Once logged into Online Banking you simply access the Service Center and select Text Banking.
Once you register your phone number and accept the terms and conditions for text banking you will be sent a text message with the One-Time activation code. Enter this code in the activation field displayed within Online Banking. Do not exit Online Banking until you have completed entering the code sent in your text message or your account will not be activated.
Once you are registered for text messages you can change your account nicknames to help you identify your accounts on your phone
*Do I need a text message or data plan with my wireless carrier?
Yes, a text messaging and/or data plan is typically needed, as data usage can become expensive without them. Please check with your wireless carrier for more information. Please note that you are responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.
To get a list of your accounts send text command “NICK” in a text message to 508-556-0869. This will display all your HarborOne accounts and their associated mobile nicknames used to access each account.
By sending the following text commands to 508-556-0869 (followed by your mobile nickname) you will access the information for that specific account.
NOTE: If you do not use the mobile nickname then the information provided will be your primary account listed in your mobile banking setup.

| MORE | The more command is used with the hist command. When you request the history of an account by texting hist, it returns with the last 5 transactions. To get the next 5 transactions, simply text more. Texting more again will return the next 5 transactions and so on until there are no additional transactions available on your account. | |
