How to get started

1. You need the following information to register

  • Last 6 digits of social security number
  • HarborOne account number
  • 5 digit zip code
  • Date of birth
  • Last Name

2. Download the HarborOne Mobile Banking App, visit using your Mobile browser or click here to use Text Banking

3. Follow the instructions to activate your phone

*HarborOne does not charge for text banking. However, your mobile service provider may charge for sending and receiving text messages on your mobile phone.
