**Home Equity Line of Credit Rates
The APR is the Annual Percentage Rate, and the Index is the Prime Rate.
The promotion requires an initial draw requirement of $20,000. This balance must be maintained for a minimum period of 6 months (minimum monthly payments excepted) in order to retain the promotional APR of 2.74%. If the customer pays off the draw amount prior to 6 months the rate will be reverted to the current rate for their line amount. The promotional APR is good for up to 12 months (“Introductory Period”).
Thereafter (see rate table above for rates with Auto-Pay from a HarborOne checking account), the Index is variable and based on the Prime Rate (Prime) as published in the Wall Street Journal (3.25% as of 4/12/2021). No additional rate reduction is included during the period of the promotional discount. Home Equity Line of Credit Rates shown above requires monthly automatic repayment from a HarborOne checking account. Termination of automatic repayment option will result in an undiscounted rate after the Introductory Period. Other HELOC programs offered by HarborOne do not include an automatic repayment feature.
