HarborOne Bank Names Fioralba Shaba as Branch Manager of New South Boston Office

(Brockton, MA) – May 20, 2021 – HarborOne Bank announced that it has named experienced banker Fioralba Shaba as the Branch Manager of the new South Boston office. The branch, located at 14 West Broadway St., will open on May 27, the Bank’s second location in the City of Boston.
“It’s exciting having someone as seasoned and accomplished as Fioralba leading the team in our second Boston location,” said James W. Blake, CEO of HarborOne Bank. “Fioralba will help our South Boston customers with every facet of banking and has many years of experience training and managing impressive sales and service teams.”
Ms. Shaba has been in the banking industry for over 15 years. Prior to joining HarborOne, Ms. Shaba served as a Brand Manager at Citizens Bank where she directed operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales while also assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities. She also served as Branch Manager at People’s United where she oversaw financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies and other financial groups relating to branch finance.
Ms. Shaba received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northeastern University.
